Vincent is our Australian Business Unit Manager for Acqua by Davey, our specialist water treatment business.
In his own words:
I started as a water treatment engineer at Davey New Zealand at the time the business decided to grow the water treatment solutions segment, and as such became part of the leadership team that led to the creation of Acqua by Davey – the specialist water treatment division.
I was appointed BU Manager for Australia in December 2018 and my focus is about gaining traction in Australia while leveraging the experience of the NZ based team in the water treatment space. Being a start-up means a lot of multitasking so despite having the ultimate responsibility for achieving growth results in my region. I also get involved with innovation, look out for improved supply chain of water treatment technologies, build brand image with marketing, and partner with other BUs to grow the water treatment segment in their region.
My contribution to success probably comes from my personality: I’m a natural “troubleshooter”, I see the big picture as well as the details, combined with a taste for exploring unchartered territories for the business. I find a way to get the job done!
A little extra something about me: I'm a passionate traveller both with my career and my social life: at age 30 I had lived and worked in 5 different countries on 3 different continents and I have visited more than 30 different countries and have been on every continent (except Antarctica).
Lisa is our Director of First Impressions, as Administration Support & Reception at our Scoresby office.

A bit of a Jill-of-all-trades, I'm responsible for reception & administration duties, Davey travel co-ordinator, assistant to CEO and general wellbeing manager! I believe first impressions are extremely important in a business, I like to think I am known as the happy face at Davey bringing a welcoming smile to people’s faces both on the phone and in person.
A little extra something about me: My previous jobs have been quite diverse - I've been a Laboratory Manager for a chemical company, a Personal Trainer & a Massage Therapist.

In his own words:
I oversee all financial matters for the organisation and these days I also oversee IT and the Export team. I try to be a business partner rather than a bean counter, my view is that given my professional background I can utilise my commercial experience in all sorts of ways to support the business. I spend most of my time supporting the CEO and his team in identifying and executing strategic initiatives. I also love to get into the issues (maybe I should say opportunities) of the day with staff and help them to realise their potential as we strive to grow the business.
A little extra something about me: I am an absolute one eyed Manly Sea Eagles fan. I was born in Manly hospital and lived on the northern beaches for the first 40 years of my life. I have tried to follow other sports but i cant seem to do it. I watch every game even though these days I live a long way from my beloved Manly beach. Manly forever!
