As the COVID-19 (Coronavirus) situation escalates around the country, Davey would like to take some additional precautions to protect our staff and you, to limit the potential spread of the Coronavirus. The precautions and actions we are taking, are in line with the advice provided by state and national government, and World Health Organisation (WHO).
Effective immediately and until further notice, Davey are imposing the following safety guidelines to eliminate any risks to our staff and to you:
All Davey Territory Managers will not conduct regular face to face dealer visits - all communications are to be via phone and email.
SERVICE CALLS & CUSTOMER PICK UPS
All Davey infield service visits will have a mandatory questionnaire, and if deemed necessary, infield service visits may need to be rescheduled.
Any Dealer wanting to pick up or drop off product directly from a Davey state branch, must contact their local branch for an update on the procedure or protocols required on the day of the planned visit.
As the situation is quite fluid, pick up and drop off procedures may change without notice and we apologise in advance for any inconvenience this may cause.
SUPPLY CHAIN & DELIVERIES
Although our supply chain has not yet been severely disrupted by COVID-19 – we cannot predict what the next few weeks will bring and how delivery times may be impacted. As a precautionary measure, we encourage our customers to place orders for stock.
Above all, the health and safety of our team, customers and suppliers is paramount. We will continue to monitor the situation as it evolves and maintain regular updates.
